Funding & Grants Administrator

We are looking for an organised and efficient communicator to support our commercial sales team. Successful candidates will ideally have experience of grant claims, within the agricultural sector and will need to be brilliant communicators working with farmers and site owners to ensure accurate and efficient claiming processes. As part of a motivated and busy team, this role will also support with sales admin when required.

This is a full-time, remote role; the successful candidate will be based in the UK, very occasional site visits may be required. Salary £25,000- £28,000 depending on experience.

Project Manager – Product Development

Our Programme Management Office is growing and we now need an experienced PM to manage the delivery of the full project lifecycle, from concept to commercialisation, for a series of novel, engineering research and development products. Technical and engineering knowledge is desirable as this role will work with a highly skilled engineering team, and industry partners in developing innovative technologies and environmentally responsible solutions to decarbonise the agricultural industry.

This is a full-time, site based role; the successful candidate will be based near Truro and be able to travel to sites on occasion and as appropriate. Salary c£50,000 depending on experience.

Field Service Engineer – gas processing

We are looking for experience in servicing mechanical / electrical equipment and ideally knowledge of DSEAR, gas processing and AD operations. Full, clean, valid UK Manual and C+E driving licences essential and additional related driver training a bonus.

You will work within the Field Operations team to support steady state gas production from our biomethane production sites and carry out field repair and maintenance.

This is a full-time role working 5 days of 7; the successful candidate will be based near Truro, Cornwall but be prepared to travel and stay overnight at sites in the South West as required.

Salary £35,000-£40,000, depending on experience.

Business Development Manager

To support the growth of our customer base across the UK, this role will be a driving force in converting new business development opportunities – identifying sales leads, pitching options or services to new clients, providing ROI analysis, proposals, business cases and quotations, order taking and closing deals.

Proficiency at building great relationships, negotiating and coordinating contractual aspects, resulting in the winning of new orders from customers in line with the strategic sales plan are all essential skills.

Ideally you will have experience in technical solution/consultative sales, in an agri-, energy, engineering environment.

This is a full-time role with the need to travel to sites including main site near St Allen, Truro, Cornwall and ability to be productive while home working, the successful candidate should be South West/Southern based

Salary £55,000- £58,000, depending on experience, plus company car and bonus opportunity

Chemical / Process Engineer

We are looking for an engineer to execute projects and work packages within the chemical and process field, and to provide technical input on design and safety considerations.

You will work within the technical team to execute complex tasks and projects and have responsibility for design of work packages and products. Outputs include detailed designs of minor systems and packages, technical documentation and completion records for sites and projects, and technical content for patent claims.

Finance Assistant – Maternity Cover FTC – 14-16 months

We are looking for a confident, experienced Finance Assistant to support the team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for day to day finance activities, bookkeeping and administration tasks, reporting to the Finance Supervisor. This role is key in keeping our data clean and ensuring accurate inputting and allocation within SAP and excel. It will suit a detail conscious perfectionist who does not mind repetitive detail within finance activities.

This is a full-time role for 14-18 months to take into account a full handover and maternity leave. Ideally, the successful candidate will be in travelling distance of St Allen, near Truro, Cornwall to enable meetings with teams. Otherwise remote and hybrid working within the UK is available.

Salary c£26,000- £28,000 for maternity cover, depending on experience.

Software Engineering Manager

IT Manager & DPO

This is a new, internal IT role with overall responsibility for ensuring the effective, efficient and smooth running of all Bennamann IT Systems and platforms, including updates, configurations and appropriate maintenance to enable safe, compliant and streamlined use for all employees and customers, including GDPR and data protection.

The postholder must develop, communicate, deliver and continuously improve the Bennamann IT strategy for employees and measure, report on and improve digital success and engagement across the business. We are looking for someone with experience in Business IT Systems specification, implementation and management with a working knowledge of SAP administration, Azure active directory, Salesforce/hubspot CRM, GDPR and DP. You must have Advanced knowledge of MS Office, including Sharepoint, PC and Mac Operating systems and Experience of network/internet access,set up and configuration.
This is a full-time role with scope for some home working, the successful candidate must be based within short travelling distance of St Allen, Truro, Cornwall.
