Product / Operations Manager
An exciting opportunity to step into a new role at Bennamann, supervising our busy Production Team. This role will form the lynchpin between the design and implementation elements of the company. You will plan and manage the day-to-day workload for the team to ensure deadlines on projects are met, while ensuring compliance with all company procedures including ISO standards, H&S, and training.
This is an on-site role based with the Production Team at our research farm near Truro, travelling to other sites locally and further afield.

Software Engineer
We have a great opportunity for an experienced Software Engineer to join us in making a difference to climate change at a truly exciting time of growth and working to produce solutions across the entire supply-chain of biogas. The system is largely greenfield development so candidates should have demonstrable ability to produce solutions autonomously with a mix of requirements capture, design and development.
The role is home-based providing flexibility and requiring self-motivation and focus. You will be expected to attend meetings in Cornwall occasionally depending upon demands; potentially once per month.

Project Manager – Civils/Construction
Another new role in our growing business. This role is based in the south west and we are looking for a construction project manager to take responsibility for end-to-end delivery of projects, often with respect to multiple stakeholders and act as the key, day to day client interface, ensuring that client objectives are met and projects are delivered to time, budget and quality standards. You will be required to collaborate with internal design teams and external design consultants and to oversee project delivery teams through consultants, CDM and sub-consultants
This is a hybrid role split between the office, working on-site with teams and some time working from home.
