Office & Administration Manager
The is a pivotal role in the business, managing an administrative function in the business, supporting the CEO and having ‘eyes and ears on the ground’ of our busy site based outside of Truro at St Allen. We are looking for a team member with great organisation and administration skills as well as a strong eye for detail and the desire to grow or build knowledge in basic Health & Safety support as well as other administrative support and functions in the People team of the business. There is much variety in the role and opportunity to work with a number of different teams in the business.
This is a full-time site based role
Salary c£27,000 depending on experience.

Senior Control & Instrumentation Engineer
This role is required to ensure sufficient capabilities are maintained to carry out both farm and AD site deployments and scale up effective site commissioning practices, there is opportunity to work and travel away and collaborate with other teams.
The successful candidate will lead on operational design and team guidance.
Essential are a degree qualification and proven experience of developing test procedures, risk analysis, technical drawing and report writing in a professional setting. Qualified in CompEx foundation, or similar and City and Guilds 2382-22 18th Edition Course or similar.
Experience in design of electrical systems/networks

Product Manager
A new position with potential to grow and develop the role after a period of time working closely with our Director of Product Strategy. Responsible for developing and executing the company’s product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Working with technology teams, project managers, sales & marketing and our customers, responsible for defining and managing our innovative products (hardware and software systems) that are both novel & cost effective and allow us to be competitive in an emergent market and drive business growth.
We are looking for someone with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field, and proven experience in a product management role or looking to make that next step, having experience working in product strategy. A deep understanding of product management principles, methodologies and best practices is key, along with a track record of successfully launching and growing products in a competitive market. Experience in renewable energy and / or agriculture is a plus
This is a full-time hybrid role, candidates need to be able to travel to site in Cornwall on regular/fortnightly basis.
Salary c£55,000 depending on experience.

Senior Engineer – Biomethane capture/ Slurry lagoon covers
We are looking for an experienced engineer to take responsibility for the technical leadership of designing & developing Bennamann’s suite of existing and new floating cover products. This role has a key focus on PVC floating solutions to cover earth bunded and steel walled slurry lagoons to prevent rainwater ingress, reduce ammonia emissions and capture Biogas. Experience in Slurry Handling, Farm experience, alternative Slurry Lagoons, mixing, pumping etc., will all be useful.
This is a full-time site-based role; the successful candidate will be based near Truro, Cornwall. Salary c£60,000, depending on experience.

Chemical / Process Engineer
We are looking for an engineer to execute projects and work packages within the chemical and process field, and to provide technical input on design and safety considerations.
You will work within the technical team to execute complex tasks and projects and have responsibility for design of work packages and products. Outputs include detailed designs of minor systems and packages, technical documentation and completion records for sites and projects, and technical content for patent claims.
This is a full-time site-based role; the successful candidate will be based near Truro, Cornwall. Salary £35,000-£40,000, depending on experience.
