Marketing Manager

We have an exciting and brand new role for a mid/senior-level marketing manager to join Bennamann and take responsibility for supporting development and execution of the marketing strategy and associated marketing activities. Reporting into the Chief Growth Officer, this is an opportunity for making a clear mark for us in the renewable energy sector.

This is a hybrid role, the candidate should be based in the South West but with easy and reasonably close access to our main site at the top of Truro, Cornwall, as well as occasional visits to CNHi Head Office in Basildon

Senior Engineer - AD and Process Design

We seek a scientific engineer to lead activities within our product development team and provide guidance and technical authority.

You will lead the execution of complex projects and have responsibility for the design of major products. You will have an awareness of the current AD market and how our products might be integrated, and an understanding of how feedstock affects methane production. The role will aid in practical testing of solutions in an R&D setting, plus on-site diagnosis and rectification of production issues.

This is a full-time site-based role, the successful candidate will be based near Truro, Cornwall. Salary £35,000-50,000 depending on experience.

Graphic Designer – in-house

We are seeking an in-house graphic designer to work with the commercial and marketing team to support increased demand and accelerated company growth. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of the development of the company’s full marketing suite, digital assets, film and photography, general marketing content, sales material and integral to the delivery of key messages and strategy to market.

To be successful in this position, you will need to be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative concepts with amazing attention to detail.

Experience in similar industries is beneficial, though not essential, however, creative skills and clever, practical translation of briefs, concepts and messages must be demonstrated through a strong portfolio of work.

This is a full-time, hybrid role with a requirement to be on-site for c2 days per week, therefore, the successful candidate will be based near Truro, Cornwall. Salary £28,000-£30,000

R&D Electronics & Control Systems Engineer

We are seeking an electronics engineer to work within the Research & Development team supporting the product prototyping and experimental test activities.

You will collaborate with the R&D team in the design, construction and implementation of remote monitoring and control systems and explore novel measurement techniques in challenging operating environments.

Outputs include detailed schematic design using EDA CAD software, circuit prototyping and testing leading to PCB layout, preparation of BOM and fabrication of prototypes.

The role will also require the need to take ownership of component supplier communications to ensure prototype designs are realised in line with cost, quality and time constraints.

This is a full-time site-based role, the successful candidate will be based near Truro, Cornwall. Salary £30,000-32,000

Chief Commercial Officer

Having moved out of incubation stage into a scaleup phase, Bennamann are now looking for a dynamic, commercially astute solution-focussed sales professional & leader, ideally with some experience of selling into small and medium sized farmers, to help us roll out sales of our products and services. Our ideal candidate will be commercially astute with proven ability to define sales strategy, manage commercial and pricing plans and achieve sales targets.

We need a professional and dynamic leader with the ability to manage and motivate the sales team to achieve targets efficiently and be fully aligned to company values.

This is a full-time hybrid role, the successful candidate will be on site in Cornwall for 1-2 days per week. Salary is c£95,000, plus car allowance.
