Junior Data Analyst

The Junior Data Analyst will play a key role in enabling informed decision-making by providing clear visibility of performance, costs, risks, and forecasts across projects & programmes, customer sites, and core business processes such as forecasting. This is an entry level role with the opportunity to build contributions and collaborations across business teams.

We are looking for an organised, detail focussed and structured candidate with a working knowledge of ‘SAP – Business By Design’, PowerBI, advanced MS Excel skills and some experience in coordinating projects and schedules.

Location – This is an office-based role near to Tamworth/Birmingham.

Salary – £32-£35k

Customer Experience Manager

Our new Customer Experience Manager will be the primary interface with our customers, responsible for reviewing, managing, and continuously improving the end-to-end customer journey. This role is pivotal in ensuring that clear communication and planning across commercial, engineering, project and operations teams is summarised as information back to the customer as well as providing guidance regarding customer considerations and key operational pressures.

We are looking for strong experience in a customer focussed role, ideally from an engineering or technical environment, with the ability to communicate, coordinate and make all customer journeys successful

Location – This is predominantly an office based role that requires some travel, with the office base near to Birmingham.

Salary – c£53k, with access to a company vehicle for site visits.
