How it works

Proven Technology

Luke and CFM Branded

Our advanced Biogas upgrader uses the latest membrane separation technology delivering high-purity renewable Biomethane from biogas suitable for use in vehicle and off-grid power applications. The patented technology features integrated gas drying and compression up to 250 bar, enabling fast, forecourt-style refuelling ideal for a circular on farm solution for tractor and trucks or fuel retail operations.

Designed for flexibility, it is also compatible with most standard anaerobic digestion (AD) permits, ensuring a quick path to installation and monetisation.

Integration

Plug and Play Flexibility

Menchine

Our modular CAPCH4™ system seamlessly integrates into existing AD plant infrastructure with free standing modular components. A biogas feed connection is typically made prior to the CHP, recirculation and vent line returns to the biogas store.

Electrical integration is minimal, involving a connection to the AD control system (e-stop only), LAN or WiFi for remote monitoring and standard 3 phase power to operate.
