Project Engineer – FTC or Consultancy opportunity, 9 months+

This is a new role in the team, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in translating Bennamann’s product solutions into site-specific design packages that align with the company’s quality, safety, and operational standards. The Project Engineer will act as the Principal Designer under CDM regulations on behalf of Bennamann, working alongside the Head of H&S to ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations and requirements. Their contribution will be central to optimising project outcomes and driving improvements in future delivery through lessons learned.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in engineering/science or related field, experience in a project engineering role, credibility to lead multiple teams across projects and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Quality & Reliability Engineer

This is a new role in the team, the successful candidate will enable the development of Internal Bennamann Standards practices and procedures. This will aid in aligning functions and avoid conflict between design and operational disciplines. It will ensure rapid response to issues and robust justification for continuous product improvement.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field, experience in a reliability engineering role, be proficient with reliability software, techniques, and diagnostics tools and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Control and Instrumentation Engineer - Intermediate level – FTC

This is a project based role to support the research and development of a funded project in conjunction with both internal and external members of our team. The project runs to the end of March 2026 and the successful candidate will be required to develop, build, and test prototype systems across the product range, with a focus on cryogenic methane systems, produce and manage detailed designs of products, liaise with manufacturers to ensure testing and quality checks are carried out and prepare technical documentation to support product certification and development of products

Director of HSE

Bennamann requires a senior HSE leader to embed and establish practices that will enable it to scale in a compliant and safe manner. The successful candidate will be a senior, trusted leader and advisor to the CEO and SLT and will establish process, occupational and cultural safety controls, as well as assist the Chief Engineering and Innovation Officer in embedding them as part of the design and project execution processes. They will work with a range of subject matter experts including safety and environmental permitting, to assist in guiding the business through complicated areas of legislation. We are looking for someone with a proven background in implementing and driving HSE strategy across CDM, Process and Occupational fields and improving HSE KPIs With experience in waste processing biological waste treatment and ideally biogas management. Senior Control & Instrumentation Engineer

We are looking for an experienced senior engineer to lead on the design, testing and development of products within the Bennamann range. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and co-ordinating project teams in the safe execution of complex tasks around developing, building and testing prototype systems, including detailed designs, technical documentation, product installation and professional report writing.
