How it Works

Biomethane EV Charger

Our Biomethane EV Charger converts renewable biogas into electricity on-site, powering electric vehicles sustainably. It offers grid independence, reduced carbon emissions, quieter operation and cost-effective charging—ideal for off-grid or eco-conscious locations seeking clean, reliable, and scalable EV infrastructure solutions.

Fleet

Problem: Charging Infrastructure LimitationsBusinesses lack the space or resources to install fleet charging infrastructure. Upgrade costs and timescales for grid connection is a barrier. Availability and compatibility of public charging (especially for larger vans) are concerns for last-mile delivery operators or tradespeople

Solution: Off-Grid chargers deliver new charging capacity quickly, avoids large upfront investment costs, and increases access to charging around last mile operations supporting increased uptake of EV’s for commercial operations.

Construction

Problem: Construction sites need power before grid connection is possible, often relying on inefficient, high-CO₂ temporary generators.

Solution:  Bennamann’s solution delivers quick on-site power and uses cleaner biomethane, reducing emissions and offering a more sustainable, efficient alternative for early-stage construction energy needs.

Utilities

Problem: Utility companies face challenges switching from diesel to electric fleets, including high upfront costs, limited charging infrastructure, range limitations and the need for operational downtime during charging.

Solution : Off-grid EV charging from biomethane benefits utility companies by reducing reliance on diesel. With large van fleets visiting remote sites, on-site charging cuts fuel costs, emissions, and downtime. This solution supports fleet electrification, lowers operational expenses and accelerates the transition to electric vehicles.

Leisure

Biomethane EV Charger

Problem:  Scarcity of EV charging in remote locations.

Solution:  Rural areas often lack sufficient EV charging points, limiting electric vehicle adoption. Bennamann’s EV Charger solves this issue by providing off-grid, methane-powered charging, delivering reliable, sustainable energy access where traditional infrastructure is unavailable, supporting rural area transport electrification.
