Bennamann Prize awarded to Sophie Whistler

We are delighted to announce that the Bennamann Prize for Demonstrating Outstanding Potential in Renewable Energy Engineering throughout their undergraduate studies at the University of Exeter has been awarded to Sophie Whistler.

Sophie has recently graduated with an MEng Energy Engineering and was selected for the Prize by the University’s Discipline Assessment, Progression and Awarding Committee for the following reasons:

Sophie has excelled academically throughout her four years on the programme, graduating with a first class honours MEng degree. However, Sophie’s contribution has gone far beyond academic success. Sophie has been instrumental in supporting our recruitment and outreach activities through her work as a student ambassador, and is a true role model for our programmes.”

Congratulations to Sophie.
