Senior Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven professional to lead the development of strategic partnerships and customer pipelines in support of the energy transition for heavy and light commercial vehicles (HGVs and LCVs). This role is ideal for someone with expertise in alternative fuels—including Electric, HVO, CNG, Hydrogen, and Biomethane—and a capability in brokering complex deals and off-take agreements between suppliers and end users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a pipeline of corporate customers to consume Bio-CNG generated by our sales team.
  • Lead consultative sales engagements, fostering long-term relationships with fleet operators, logistics companies, and other end users interested in replacing diesel with low carbon fuels.
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships across the energy and transport ecosystem to enable scalable deployment of alternative fuel solutions.
  • Structure and negotiate off-take agreements, joint ventures, and commercial contracts that support our demand-side gas sales strategy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, commercial, and operational teams to deliver tailored energy transition solutions.
  • Represent the company in industry forums and customer meetings, acting as a trusted advisor on sustainable transport solutions.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Demonstrated experience in supporting the energy transition for HGV and LCV fleets, with knowledge of alternative fuels HVO, CNG, Hydrogen, EV and Biomethane technologies.
  • Strong background in technical sales, solution development, and closing complex commercial deals.
  • Proven ability to broker partnerships and setup off-take agreements between suppliers and corporate customers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A well-established network within the renewable energy, transport, and infrastructure sectors.
  • Engineering or technical background is highly desirable.

Salary – dependent on experience;  c£60k + company car

Location – ideally close to the Warwick area where we will be setting up a new commercial office in the coming months, however travel is a key requirement of the role.

AD Technical Sales Engineer

We’re looking for an AD Technical Sales Engineer to play a key role in integrating Bennamann’s system components into anaerobic digestion (AD) sites. You’ll act as the technical link between sales, engineering, and project delivery, ensuring our products are seamlessly specified and deployed.

In this role, you’ll:

• Assess the technical and practical feasibility of prospective sites.
• Support customers with early-stage technical evaluations.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, project specifications, and cost.
• Provide hands-on support through the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance and resolving technical challenges.

Your expertise will help deliver successful AD projects and drive new opportunities in the market

Salary – dependent on experience;  c£45-50k + company car

AD Experienced Business Development Manager

Bennamann have a unique opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our expanding sales team.

To support the growth of our customer base across the UK, this role is a driving force in converting new business development opportunities – by identifying sales leads, pitching options and services to new clients, providing ROI analysis, proposals, business cases and quotations, order taking and closing deals.

It’s essential to have experience in; Anaerobic Digestion / Renewable Energy / Agriculture / Engineering Sectors; technical and operational knowledge of AD Plants and their sub systems; deep understanding of the UK AD industry, its segmentation, challenges and opportunities.

Salary – dependent on experience;  c£45k- £50k + company car
