Product Manager

This exciting and pivotal role represents a turning point for Bennamann as we venture from start-up to SME. This role will suit those with an entrepreneurial flair, but who also have a passion for the process and a deep understanding of the principals of product management. This role will suit someone who is a customer advocate and enjoys spending time in the field with our users and customers as much as developing and executing product strategy.

We are looking for proven experience in a senior product management role or readiness to step into senior responsibility, along with a strong background in product strategy, engineering and technical knowledge, lifecycle management, and cross‑functional leadership.

LocationThis is predominantly an office based role that requires some travel, with the office base near to Birmingham.

Salary – c£53k, with access to a company vehicle for site visits.

Customer Experience Manager

Our new Customer Experience Manager will be the primary interface with our customers, responsible for reviewing, managing, and continuously improving the end-to-end customer journey. This role is pivotal in ensuring that clear communication and planning across commercial, engineering, project and operations teams is summarised as information back to the customer as well as providing guidance regarding customer considerations and key operational pressures.
 
We are looking for strong experience in a customer focussed role, ideally from an engineering or technical  environment, with the ability to communicate, coordinate and make all customer journeys successful

Commissioning & Maintenance Engineer

The successful candidate will be responsible for the commission and handover of Biomethane upgrading skids and other related Bennamann products at customer sites and for provide ongoing optimal operation and maintenance across the UK.

This role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Location – We are looking for a solution-oriented engineer to be based in the North of England. 

Salary – Dependent on experience; c£45-50k + company car
