Management Accountant
We are looking for an experienced Management Accountant to support the Financial Controller and small team by carrying out day-to-day finance and administration tasks, adhering to accounting deadlines and managing, processing and analysing various accounts and transactions. Supervision of the Finance Assistant in the Supervisors absence will also be required.
A bookkeeping or AAT qualification is essential, along with financial administration experience, advance MS office/Excel skills and a strong teamwork ethic.
Based close to Warwick, this will initially be a home/hybrid role, moving to office/hybrid in the next 6-8 months, when there may be a requirement for supporting commercial office set-up support.

Sales & Marketing Manager
We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager with proven success in Sales Strategy & Pipeline management, CRM, Lead Generation and Marketing enablement, to drive business growth in a B2B/C space in the renewable energy and gas industry. Along with two direct reports (Sales Office Coordinator & Graphic Designer), the ideal candidate will develop and implement sales strategies, enhance the visibility of Bennamanns’ product solutions aligned to our brand proposition, drive sales activity whilst optimising customer acquisition and retention processes. Experience in agriculture, engineering or renewable energy markets is essential and candidates will ideally have a product solution background (in OEM equipment sales – heating ventilation / HVAC etc.).
Based centrally, close to Warwick location, this will initially be a home/hybrid role, moving to office/hybrid in the next 6-8 months, when there may be a requirement for supporting commercial office set-up and management.

Head of HSE
Bennamann requires a senior HSE manager to embed and establish practices that will enable it to scale in a compliant and safe manner.
You will be responsible for ensuring Bennamann is compliant with all HSE legislative requirements, for employees and customer sites. You will develop and implement policies, procedures, and safe practices, measuring performance against identified KPIs and executing improvement plans. You will drive the integration of HSE priorities in product and project design, collaborating with experts on complex legislation. We are looking for someone who is environmentally experienced and focused, and preferably has experience of liaison with regulators and steering the regulations at a policy level

- This is a full-time, hybrid role, centrally based in the UK with requirement to travel to sites on a regular basis. Initially based from home, the post will move to an office-hybrid role in the next 6-9 months, so candidates must be within commuting distance of Warwick.
- Salary c£60k, depending on experience.
